Wayfarer Tours began in 2014 as three guides splitting a spreadsheet. A decade on, we've run over 1,200 trips across 34 countries — still planned the same way: slow enough to actually see the place.
Our Story
Built on itineraries we'd actually want to take
We started Wayfarer after years of guiding for companies that measured trips by how many sights they could fit into a week. We wanted something different: fewer stops, better ones, and the flexibility to linger when a place earns it.
Today every trip is still designed by a guide who has lived or worked in that region — not assembled from a template. That's the whole difference.

Every itinerary is designed with guides based in-country, not head-office planners working off a map.
Small groups by design
14 travelers, max. It's the largest number that still fits around one table for dinner.
No hidden costs
The price you see includes flights, stays, most meals and entry fees. What's extra is listed up front, always.
We fix problems, not blame
A missed connection or closed trail is a logistics problem, not your problem. Our guides re-route on the spot.
